Sweating through work out serves a fundamental function. The evaporation of perspiration cools your body to calm temperatures. Without sweating, heavy or not, a human body would have extreme temperatures that a person can handle.
But what if you are having excessive sweating during exercise and it seems to becoming a hindrance rather than helping you keep up with your workout?
Keep in mind that sweats are part of our body’s system. They are initially plasmas that gets mixed with other chemicals and pushed out of our skin’s pores. Too much of perspiration can leave our bodies dehydrated of both water and vital electrolytes that provide our bodies with natural functions.
When excessive sweating during exercise occurs, the lost nutrients must get restored in order for muscles to function correctly. In some cases, some people would think that the more sweat is released, the more pounds are shed. Continue reading
